        ⁃        Single leg RDL hold over bench w/row

        ⁃        KB low hops - 20 reps

        ⁃        :30 shoulder press

        ⁃        No rest

Tuesday- December 17th

100 DB Thrusters

*At the start of each minute perform 5 burpees*
